Ashika S Prasad

Ashika S Prasad is a UGC Junior Research Fellow, currently pursuing her doctoral studies at the Department of Political Science, University of Kerala. Her research delves into the intricate nexus of multilateral export control regimes and missile development, with a particular emphasis on India's stance within the Missile Technology Control Regime. Holding a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Kerala and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Central University of Kerala, Ashika has a strong academic background. She previously served as a research assistant on projects such as 'Global Power Politics and India's Space Programme: Politics, Economics and Law of Space Technology Transfer' at the University of Kerala and has been a fellow of the Research Award instituted by the Directorate of Collegiate Education, Government of Kerala on projects concerning India-Russia Space Cooperation and India-US Defence Trade.

Adwaith S

Adwaith S is a multidisciplinary scholar currently pursuing his doctoral studies in Political Science at the University of Kerala, delving into the intersection of cyberspace and India's national security, particularly in countering China's influence in the Indo-Pacific region. With a background in Electronic and Communication Engineering from SCT College of Engineering and a Master's Degree in Political Science from IGNOU, Adwaith brings a unique perspective to the evolving field of Geopolitics and Technology. Past experiences include internships with the Department of Political Science and project assistance in Global Power Politics and India's space program with the Department of Political Science. Adwaith's research extends to cybersecurity issues surrounding Vizhinjam Port, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of science policy and national security dynamics. With experience as a faculty member and content creator in civil service examination preparation, including engagement with CLAT and KLEE aspirants, Adwaith S S is poised to enrich the Science Policy Institute with diverse insights and foster meaningful discussions on science policy and national security.

Previously, he completed his Master's in Development and Labour Studies from the Centre for Informal Sector and Labour Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi.

Asif Mohammed

Asif Mohammed, a research scholar pursuing doctoral studies in the Department of Political Science at the University of Kerala, specializes in the international political economy of the global space industry value chain. He has worked as a research assistant on projects involving Indo-Brazil space cooperation and the space innovation systems of Trivandrum and São José dos Campos, conducted as a feasibility study by the Centre for Latin American Studies. His research interests include space diplomacy, international political economy, science diplomacy, and innovation studies.
